Face-to-face appointments

You must have an appointment before you visit one of our offices. If we need to see you face-to-face or to attend Community Payback or an Accredited Programme, we will contact you with the details. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your Responsible Officer.

Please make sure your Responsible Officer has an up-to-date contact number for you.


Community Payback

We are re-starting Community Payback projects and if you have unpaid work hours to complete, we will contact you to let you know what you need to do.


Accredited Programme and group work activity (RARs)

We are now delivering a number of programmes and we will contact you by phone to make arrangements for your next appointment.


Getting involved and having your say 

As a result of the coronavirus pandemic User Voice will be changing the way that they carry out their work over the coming weeks but you can still get involved. If you are a CRC service user from Essex and want to have your voice heard please call Sophie on 07384 517 938.
